Availability of candidates: In maintaining ongoing contact and engagement with our candidates, Direct Medics ensures a swift response to your job vacancies.

Compliance: Direct Medics adheres fully to the NHS Employment Check standards and all checks are updated in line with legislative and framework requirements. We can ensure any additional client specific compliance checks are also met.

Training: In addition to mandatory training, our candidates are offered additional courses aimed at advancing their skillset.

Induction: Prior to starting their job placement all Direct Medics candidates are issued with branded uniforms and ID badges along with induction cards to carry with them on assignment, reminding them of the details they should have to be an effective team member.

Feedback: We encourage and welcome feedback from our clients to continually improve our services. Feedback is accepted in writing or verbally and recorded appropriately for review on request.

Policies and guidance: All legislative and framework requirements are covered as well as areas of HR best practice. Our candidates are provided with this upon registering, along with our Allied Health Handbook containing a wealth of useful advice and guidance.

Prompt invoicing: Invoicing is carried out weekly in arrears, allowing our clients to plan their budgets effectively. Our Finance department can provide a suite of options to our clients in respect of invoicing preferences.
