Direct Medics are currently recruiting experienced Speech and Language Therapists for roles around the Bexley area . Locum roles are a great way of enhancing your earning potential. With roles ranging from 3 months to 2 years, it’s a great way of adding to your clinical experience. This particular NHS managed role will be based in Bexley Community Neuro-rehabilitation Team! This role will be full time and temporary for 3 months initially.

Requirements:

– Degree or Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy recognised by the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists

– Essential that the candidate has post-graduate Dysphagia competencies and has a track record of working autonomously and managing an independent caseload of clients with acquired swallow and communication difficulties secondary to progressive neuro conditions, complex medical conditions, dementia, cancer etc

– Must have a minimum of 3 years post registration SLT work experience; ideally community Neuro SLT experience.

– Current Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration

– Full UK Drivers License

– Right to Work in the UK
